Pick-up and delivery

 

In partnership with our carriers we continue to ensure pickups and delivery almost everywhere, allowing you to enjoy Vestiaire Collective directly from the comfort and safety of your own home. Some delays in delivery of your items are, unfortunately, to be expected for the foreseeable future.

Authentication and control

 

Our warehouses are continuing to run, while adapting the work to ensure the safety of our fantastic teams, to authenticate and control your items.

 

Customer Service

 

Our friendly customer services teams across the world continue to be available in all of our languages, via chat and email. Chat is our community’s favourite way of getting in touch with us. Due to the current global context, we’ve suspended our telephone service and reorganised the teams to focus solely on chat and emails.

In most countries, our teams are working from their own homes and doing their best to adjust to the technical changes this requires, as well as occasional helpful input from their children, pets and partners.

2. Guidelines for our members

 

For our Sellers

 

You can sell without stepping foot outside of your front door. Your packages can now be collected directly from your home, for both Standard and Direct Shipping methods, in partnership with DHL Fedex and UPS.

If you find yourself unable to print your shipping label at home and local stores cannot assist, we advise simply cancelling the sale. Please ensure to do this before 5 days after the order was placed, so that you don’t lose your seller status. You will also need to relist your item when you’re ready to sell again.

If you are unable to ship packages, simply activate Holiday Mode in the Me section of your profile to make your items temporarily unavailable until the situation changes. This won’t affect any orders that are already in transit, and your items will remain visible to potential buyers who can still Like them and add them to their Wishlists.

For our Buyers

 

We still deliver everywhere and all carriers that are currently operating are authorised to deliver parcels without a signature to minimise contact.

Until further notice, we have extended Direct Shipping for every item under £500 or $500 from all European and US sellers. Simply select the option, when placing your order: you will receive your item faster and save around £10 or $15 on average per order. Vestiaire Collective remains your reliable intermediary for all purchases.

  • Can I change my delivery address ?

For items ordered with standard shipping and our authentication service: you can ask our customer service by chat to change your delivery address, within the same country, if the item has not yet been sent for authentication. 

For items ordered with Direct Shipping: unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. In cases where the carrier cannot deliver your item, it will be returned to the seller and you will be refunded in full.
