Jean-Paul Gaultier

Throughout his career, the ‘enfant terrible’ broke stereotypes by featuring transgender models on his catwalks and subverting the notion of gendered clothing.

Gucci

Since Alessandro Michele ’s reimagining of the house in 2015, Gucci’s co-ed collections have created a magpie approach to gender-fluid dressing, and a legion of fans has embraced this.

Telfar

Founded in 2005, Telfar Clemens has been a cult figure in fashion for years, known for his genderless, utilitarian and democratic approach to fashion, and more recently for his hit tote bag.

GmbH

Founded by creative duo Serhat Isik and Benjamin Alexander Huseby, the German brand focuses on collections that comment on issues in society, creating sharp silhouettes with depth and intelligence.

Versace

With his unashamedly sexually-charged approach to fashion, Gianni Versace was one of the world’s leading LGBTQIA+ figures until his death in 1997. His sister Donatella is an ambassador for Stonewall.

Vivienne Westwood

A punk and activist as much as a fashion designer, Vivienne Westwood subverted not just gender in her clothes, but, well, everything, as well as famously casting drag queens to front her ad campaigns.
