Tips For Growing your Sales
Even experts need a refresher, so here's what to keep in mind:
• Submit new listings to increase visibility
• Follow our price recommendations
• Respond to messages and offers promptly
• Ship within 7 days (otherwise, sales will be canceled and ineligible for rewards)
• Track your progress with new weekly sales reports during the challenge
Terms and Conditions
Your target will be based on several criteria, including your historical sales, commercial campaigns on the platform, and seasonality. It will be communicated at the beginning of the month.
Sales are counted from the moment an item is successfully shipped; unshipped sales will not contribute to achieving the target.
You will receive weekly sales reports during the challenge.
30% lower selling fees will be applied starting the 2nd day of the following month at 6 PM CET, pertaining to all following sales until the end of the month. All of your sales are eligible, regardless of the publication date of your items (old and new listings are equally eligible).
The discount applies to Selling Fees only, while Payment Fees remain applicable in full. For example, if a 500€ sale is originally subject to 50€ selling fees and 15€ payment fees: after discount, you will only be charged 35€ (50€ - 30%) selling fees and 15€ payment fees.
Any abuse of this offer may result in benefits being reversed or account suspension from the platform.
Seller Rewards is an early access program and Vestiaire Collective reserves the right to terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
