How to negotiate prices
Prices aren’t final. Make an offer to ask the seller for an even better price — even up to 30% off.
Make an offer
Start with the Make an Offer button on the item page. After you’ve made your offer, the seller has 48 hours to:
1. Accept your offer
You’ll have 24 hours to buy the item at this price.
2. Make a counter-offer
You’ll have 1 hour to accept this new price, or you can make another counter-offer.
3. Decline your offer
You won’t be able to make a new offer.
Choose the right price
Your offer can be up to 30% off the original price.
For example, if an item is $100, your offer can be as low as $70.
Tip: The higher your offer, the more likely the seller will accept it.
View your negotiations
Log in to your account, then go to:
App: Me → Price Offers
Web: My Account → Price Offers Sent
Select the item, then go to the Negotiation Area.
You can also access the Negotiation Area through the item page’s “Make an Offer” button or through your notifications (tap the bell icon).
Find offer-ready items
Look for the "Make an Offer" button on the item page. If it's not there, that means that item doesn't allow offers.
