For this celebratory edition of Meet the Sellers, it was only right to ask a few of our key sellers and our own team to take the stage and share what Pride means to them - and how they’ll be celebrating this year.
What does Pride mean to you?
It’s a very special time. Reflection for what was fought for: Love, visibility and celebration.
How do you celebrate Pride?
With our community, and allies, strengthening those bonds. Having fun and looking stylish, and giving back to local organizations. We are the destination for many Pride looks in San Francisco!

Who's your LGBTQIA+ fashion hero?
Jean Paul Gaultier. Walter Van Beirendonck.
What does Pride mean to you?
Pride for me is a time to be whoever you want to be. A reminder that fights have been fought, and some still need to be fought, where what was once stigmatized and forbidden, is now a reason to gather and celebrate.
How do you celebrate Pride?
Last year, as Co-President of the MBA LGBT & Allies Club at HEC, I created and organised DELTΔ, a diversity conference where students and industry professionals exchanged views on LGBT+ issues. I’m very happy to see this event coming back this year.
Who's your LGBTQIA+ fashion hero?
Yves Saint Laurent. He had a profound impact on diversity within fashion.

Find the most flattering lighting, work out the item’s best angle, and always add more than 5 pictures!

With a rainbow cake with my friends!

What does Pride mean to you?
Unconditional love and support regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity.
How do you celebrate Pride?
I support the LGBTQIA+ community in Iran, and send my love and acceptance to any friend or family member who comes out as LGBT. It's also a great time to talk to my daughter about acceptance, and to reassure her that no matter who she is, she can always count on me.
If you could only wear one designer forever who would it be and why?
Christian Dior, I love all the hidden symbols behind his creations, from the figure eight to his good luck charm, lily of the valley, which is also my birth flower.
How would you describe Vestiaire Collective in 3 words?
Rebirth, taboo-breaker, faith
What does Pride mean to you?
To me it really means being proud of yourself! Unfortunately, it’s not always obvious: People are still hiding, thinking they’re wrong, killing themselves. We have to be proud of ourselves every single day. There’s nothing wrong with who you are!
How do you celebrate Pride?
This year, it’s difficult considering the times we’re living in. I want the people I love near me, but as my family is in Italy, I’ll be celebrating with my husband, his brother and his husband - we definitely are a rainbow family!
Who’s your LGBTQIA+ fashion hero?
I love how Madonna and Cher play with fashion, and are always reinventing themselves.
