*Terms and Conditions
The 90-Day Reward Programme (the “Program”) will run from 04/12/2025 to 03/02/2026.
Participation in the Program is governed by the Buyer and Seller General Terms and Conditions and the Vestiaire Collective Privacy and Cookie Policy, supplemented by the following terms and conditions.
The Program is accessible both through Vestiaire Collective internet website (www.vestiairecollective.com) and Vestiaire Collective software applications for smartphones and digital tablets (iOS and Android compatible) (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Program is available to platform users (the “Users”), without geographical restrictions.
The Program allows Users to benefit from a series of vouchers (the “Vouchers”) within a 90-day timeframe from their first order.
Vestiaire Collective expressly reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, interrupt, or cancel the Program for any reason it deems appropriate, without participants being entitled to any compensation.
By participating in the Program, Users fully agree to the rules set out in these Program terms and conditions. Should Users fail to accept all or part of these rules, they must refrain from participating in the Program.
Eligibility Conditions
To participate in the Program, Users will receive a communication from Vestiaire Collective inviting them to join the Program. This communication will include the first Voucher. From the Program’'s launch date, Users must complete their first order on the Platform using the first communicated Voucher in order to unlock the subsequent Vouchers.
The minimum order value is $100.
An order is considered complete once the payment has been successfully processed.
Users are eligible for the Program only once during its entire duration.
Reward Conditions
Users will receive a series of three (3) Vouchers:
- First Voucher - available to eligible Users upon the start of the Program,
- Second Voucher - unlocked after using the first Voucher and completing the first order
- Third Voucher - unlocked after using the second Voucher and completing the second order.
Validity Period
The 90-day validity period begins from the date of the User’s first purchase.
The countdown will not restart after subsequent purchases.
After 90 days from the first purchase, Users will exit the Program and will no longer be able to use any unused Vouchers or unlock additional Vouchers.
Within the 90-day validity period from their first order, there are no restrictions on purchase frequency: Users may complete all three (3) orders at any time.
Voucher Conditions
Vouchers will be made available within 24 hours upon completing the qualifying purchase.
Users must use each Voucher in sequential order to unlock the next one.
Voucher discount amounts increase with each step to reward progression through the Program.
If a User completes a purchase without applying their designated Voucher, they will remain at their current stage and must use the appropriate Voucher on a subsequent purchase to progress to the next level.
The Vouchers can be applied for a purchase with a maximum discount varying according to the Voucher concerned:
- First Voucher: 10% off, maximum discount of $50
- Second Voucher: 12% off, maximum discount of $80
- Third Voucher: 15% off, maximum discount of $120
The Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
The Vouchers do not apply to shipping fees, taxes, or other related charges.
Any unused Vouchers will expire and become invalid at the end of the Program period.
Communications
Customers will be informed about the Program via email and/or push notifications before placing their first order.
Notifications will be sent when new Vouchers are unlocked.
Reminder communications will be sent throughout the 90-day period to inform Users of their Voucher status and the approaching deadline.
General Conditions
Vestiaire Collective reserves the right to cancel or set an expiration date for any issued Voucher, particularly in the following cases:
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by Vestiaire Collective. Each of these modifications will be the subject of an amendment, which will be published under the same conditions as these rules.
