Terms and Conditions
1. To enter the competition, users must participate in the live stream on September 4, 2025 on @vestiaireco's Instagram feed and be the first to answer with the correct keyword.
2. Entry into the competition is open worldwide to any individual aged at least thirteen (13) years and in possession of parental authorization or aged at least eighteen (18) years otherwise.
3. Public or private accounts can participate in this competition and the number of entries per person is not limited.
4. Vestiaire Collective will select one (1) winner. The prize consists of one (1) pre-loved vintage Fendi handbag. Specific details about the prize will be disclosed only to the winner upon contact.
5. In order to designate the competition winner, a draw will be carried out from among the participants who have taken part in the competition under the conditions set out in these rules. The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly on Instagram by the @vestiaireco account on March 3, 2025. Vestiaire Collective reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Each such modification will be the subject of an amendment, to be published under the same conditions as these rules. Vestiaire Collective will not entertain any objections relating to designation of the winner. Vestiaire Collective reserves the right to select a new winner if no response is received within twenty-four (24) hours and conditions above are not met. In order to validate the win, the winner must be able to provide certain information, and notably their surname, forename, date of birth, full postal address, email address, and telephone number. Participants who do not give correct and truthful details or those who register on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at Vestiaire Collective’s discretion.
6. Vestiaire Collective will use its best efforts to ensure that the prize is delivered to the winner within a reasonable period. However, Vestiaire Collective may not be held liable for poor reception, delays, losses, or for any other issues arising through the fault of third parties such as carriers. In addition, it is expressly indicated that Vestiaire Collective may not under any circumstances be held liable in the event that it proves impossible to deliver a prize to the winner due to a postal address that is not correctly indicated by the winner. It will be up to the winner to check that the address provided is accurate. In the event of an occurrence of force majeure or in the event of the unavailability of a prize for reasons outside of its control, Vestiaire Collective may replace the prize indicated in these rules with one or more other prizes of an equivalent overall value.
7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives, in whole or in part. Authentication fees, shipping fees, import taxes, or duties will be at Vestiaire Collective’s expense.

9. Vestiaire Collective expressly reserves the right to extend, suspend, interrupt, or cancel the competition for any reason it sees fit without the participants being entitled to any compensation. Vestiaire Collective shall not be held liable for the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or
information on the internet, any network malfunction preventing the proper operation of the giveaway, the operation of any software, and/or of the social media network.
10. Please note that the competition is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by any brand. Except for Brand Partner items, Vestiaire Collective has no association and/or affiliation with the brands whose items are offered for sale on its website/app. Except for Brand Approved items, the authentication is performed independently by Vestiaire Collective.
