Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the competition, you must save the post on the @vestiaireco Instagram feed and comment your answer to the question: What’s your perfect 24 hours at Paris Fashion Week?

2. Entry into the competition is open worldwide to any individual aged at least thirteen (13) years and in possession of a parental authorization or aged at least eighteen (18) years otherwise.

3. Public or private accounts can participate in this giveaway and the number of entries per person is not limited.

4. We'll randomly select one (1) winner, and the winner can bring one (1) plus-one to the experience. The prize consists of one (1) pre-loved vintage Hermès Kelly 32 leather handbag, a visit to our Paris Fashion Week showroom at 12pm CET, and a lunch for two (2) people of 110€ value at 12:45pm CET on Thursday 6 March. Specific details about the prize will be disclosed only to the winner upon contact.

5. The winner and their plus-one must be present in our Paris Fashion Week Showroom on 6 March, 2025 from 12pm CET. Travel costs such as transportation and accomodation will be reimbursed up to 500€ for individuals residing outside of the Île-de-France region upon submitting a valid invoice. Specific details about the location will be disclosed only to the winner upon contact.

6. The competition starts on 1 March, 2025 at 12PM CET and will end on 3 March, 2025 at 12PM CET.

7. The winner will be filmed for social media content on Vestiaire Collective's Instagram and TikTok during their visit to the showroom only upon having given their (or their parents, if the winner is below 18 years of age) written consent to Vestiaire Collective.

8. In order to designate the competition winner, a draw will be carried out from among the participants who have taken part in the competition under the conditions set out in these rules. The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly on Instagram by the @vestiaireco account on 3 March 2025. Vestiaire Collective reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Each such modification will be the subject of an amendment, to be published under the same conditions as these rules. Vestiaire Collective will not entertain any objections relating to designation of the winner. Vestiaire Collective reserves the right to select a new winner if no response is received within twenty-four (24) hours and conditions above are not met. In order to validate the win, the winner must be able to provide certain information, and notably their surname, forename, date of birth, full postal address, email address, and telephone number. Participants who do not give correct and truthful details or those who register on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at Vestiaire Collective’s discretion.

9. Vestiaire Collective will use its best efforts to ensure that the prize is delivered to the winner within a reasonable period. However, Vestiaire Collective may not be held liable for poor reception, delays, losses, or for any other issues arising through the fault of third parties such as carriers. In addition, it is expressly indicated that Vestiaire Collective may not under any circumstances be held liable in the event that it proves impossible to deliver a prize to the winner due to a postal address that is not correctly indicated by the winner. It will be up to the winner to check that the address provided is accurate. In the event of an occurrence of force majeure or in the event of the unavailability of a prize for reasons outside of its control, Vestiaire Collective may replace the prize indicated in these rules with one or more other prizes of an equivalent overall value.

10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Authentication fees, shipping fees, import taxes, or duties will be at Vestiaire Collective’s expense. In the event of a force majeure event or if the prize was unavailable for reasons outside its control, Vestiaire Collective may validly replace the prize indicated in these rules with one (1) or more other prizes of an equivalent overall value.

12. Vestiaire Collective expressly reserves the right to extend, suspend, interrupt, or cancel the competition for any reason it sees fit without the participants being entitled to any compensation. Vestiaire Collective shall not be held liable for the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information
information on the internet, any network malfunction preventing the proper operation of the giveaway, the operation of any software and/or of the social media network

13. Please note that the competition is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by any brand. Except for Brand Partner items, Vestiaire Collective has no association and/or affiliation with the brands whose items are offered for sale on its website/app. Except for Brand Approved items, the authentication is performed independently by Vestiaire Collective.
