Terms and Conditions

Vestiaire Collective is introducing a promotional campaign designed to reward users who purchase pre-owned items through the provision of exclusive travel experiences and discounted hotel accommodations selected by creative consultancy Zero (the “Campaign”).
Participation in the Campaign is governed by the Buyer and Seller General Terms and Conditions and the Vestiaire Collective Privacy and Cookie Policy, supplemented by the following terms and conditions.
The Campaign is accessible both through Vestiaire Collective internet website (www.vestiairecollective.com) and Vestiaire Collective software applications for smartphones and digital tablets (iOS and Android compatible).
The Campaign is available globally to all Vestiaire Collective users across operating countries.
By engaging in the Campaign, users fully agree to the rules set out in these terms and conditions.
The Campaign will start on July 15th, 2025 at 00:00 CET and will end on August 31st, 2025 at 00:00 CET.

Campaign conditions
The Campaign consists of thirteen (13) promotional offers (the “Offers”).
The Offers are accessible in selected luxury establishments (subject to availability at the respective participating establishments).
Vestiaire Collective does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific Offer throughout the Campaign period.
Each Offer operates under distinct terms and conditions set forth by the respective establishment.
When activating an Offer, users are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms and conditions, directly on the participating establishment’s website, where they will be able to view the most up-to-date terms.
For indicative purposes, users may consult an overview of the Offers details listed in the appendix to these terms and conditions (the “Offers Details”).
Vestiaire Collective is not responsible for any changes, modifications, or updates made by participating establishments to their offers or their terms and conditions.
Vestiaire Collective disclaims any liability arising from the participating establishment services and operates solely as a facilitator of access to these Offers.

Eligibility conditions
To participate in the Campaign and unlock the Offers, users must place an order between July 15th, 2025 and August 31st, 2025.
The minimum order value is one hundred euros ($100)) (or local currency equivalent), including authentication fees, shipping fees, taxes, or any other related charges.
A qualifying order made during the Campaign period grants the user access to choose from the thirteen (13) available Offers.
Users are eligible for the Campaign only once during its entire duration.

Conditions of use of the Offers
Offers can be activated through promotional codes directly on the participating establishments’ websites.
The promotional codes will be created and provided by participating establishments. Vestiaire Collective bears no responsibility for the application or technical implementation of these promotional codes at the participating establishments.
Offers are valid only within their designated timeframes, which vary by offer type and are determined solely at the discretion of participating establishments.
Any unused Offer will automatically expire at the end of their specified validity period or on December 31st, 2025 whichever occurs first, without prior notice and without entitlement to compensation.
Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special offers provided by Vestiaire Collective or the participating establishments.
Offers are strictly personal and non-transferable. They are valid only for the user account holder who qualified for the Campaign and cannot be assigned, sold, transferred, or shared with third parties. Any attempt to transfer or commercialise an Offer will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of the Offer without compensation.

General conditions
Vestiaire Collective expressly reserves the right to extend, suspend, interrupt, or cancel the Campaign for any reason it sees, without the participants being entitled to any compensation.
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by Vestiaire Collective. Each of these modifications will be the subject of an amendment, which will be published under the same conditions as these rules.
Please note that the Campaign is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by any brand. All authentication services are performed independently by Vestiaire Collective.

Overview of Offers Details (provided by Vestiaire Collective for indicative purposes)

1 Hotels:
Offer: Up to 40% off best rates (between 15%-40% off based on dates and property availability), a bottle of rosé ($68 retail value), welcome cocktail, tree planted in your name.
T&Cs: Book by September 22, 2025. One credit per stay. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be applied to a future stay. Standard cancellation policy applies. May not be combined with any other offer/rate.

Baccarat Hotel New York:
Offer: 10% off best available rates, complimentary welcome amenity ($75 retail value), room upgrade based on availability, $100 beverage credit, preferred pricing on one 90-minute Baccarat Miracle Broth™ Facial at Spa de La Mer, followed by a private one-hour poolside cabana (approximately $200 retail value). Applicable only when you book enhanced experience bundle.
T&Cs: Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and does not apply to group bookings. Offer is based on double occupancy. Offer must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of arrival. Offer includes a one time $100 beverage credit at Le Jardin or The Bar. Offer includes preferred pricing on one 90-minute Baccarat Miracle Broth™ Facial at Spa de La Mer. The facial service must be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance of the service or a penalty fee of 100% will apply. Complimentary upgrade is based upon availability and up to a Prestige Suite. Stay Dates: July 15, 2025 to September 1, 2025.

Bloom Farm:
Offer: Book an all-inclusive private rental to receive one premium farm-to-table private dinner, and a wellness class. Book an all-inclusive private room to receive a gift basket.
T&Cs: Promo Code Validity: This promotional code is valid for reservations between July 15, 2025 through December 31, 2025. One-Time Use: Limit one use per customer. Inclusions: Private bookings are all inclusive and include our standard meal package. Additional meals, snacks, and beverages are available à la carte. Standard Policies Apply: All standard booking and cancellation policies as described on our website and during our booking process apply unless otherwise stated. Taxes Not Included: Listed rates do not include applicable taxes and fees. Transportation to the farm is not included but can be booked at an extra rate. Blackout Dates: Offer is not valid for stays during the following blackout periods: August 29 – September 1, 2025; November 27 – 28, 2025. Payment & Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s stay (or 50% of the total for stays longer than two nights) is required at the time of booking. A valid credit card authorization is required to confirm all reservations. Cancellations: Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. If booking within 7 days of arrival, the full cost of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. For all other reservations, the remaining balance will be charged 7 days before check-in.

Le Bristol Paris:
Offer: 20% off, early check-in, late check-out, 2 cocktails.
T&Cs: Offer available until December 31, 2025. Available subject to availability. This offer cannot be combined with other offers. Tourist tax of €15.60 per night and per adult in addition. Applicable to all room categories.

Broadwick Soho:
Offer: 20% off bookings + complimentary Campari cocktail at Bar Jackie (for July-August stays) and a complimentary Moulin Rouge cocktail and themed goodie bag in rooms, and options to purchase tickets to the show (for Sept-November stays).
T&Cs: Booking dates: 15/07/2025 to 30/09/2025, Stay dates: 15/07/2025 to 01/11/2025, Blackout dates: 13/10/2025 to 18/10/2025

Capella Bangkok:
Offer: Stay 3 = pay 2, 1 handcrafted scarf.
T&Cs: This package cannot be combined with other promotions. For payment and cancellation policies, please refer to the booking engine page. Credit card guarantee will be required and the hotel reserves the right to charge 1 USD to verify the card upon confirming the reservation. Valid for a stay with 3 consecutive nights (1 night complimentary). Minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 6 nights per booking. This package is not valid for Presidential Villa. Blackout dates apply. Flexible check-in/check-out is subject to availability. Booking Dates: July 15, 2025 to December 18, 2025. Stay Dates: July 15, 2025 to December 20, 2025.

Capella Singapore:
Offer: Stay 3 = pay 2, breakfast, 2 complimentary cocktails.
T&Cs: Blackout dates apply. All package inclusions are to be utilised during the stay. Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation and cannot be cancelled and is non-amendable and non-refundable. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Prices are in Singapore dollars, and are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing goods and services tax. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or loyalty programmes. Booking Dates: July 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Stay Dates: July 15, 2025 to December 30, 2025.

Casa Monti:
Offer: 20% off.
T&Cs: Stay Dates: November 2, 2025 to December 23, 2025.

Castello Di Vicarello: 
Offer: 15% off, VIP welcome, truffle hunting, pasta-making experience.
T&Cs: The offer would be active only for Vestiaire Collective guests during the months of August and November 2025. Cancellations without penalties are allowed if made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made from the 29th day before arrival and in the case of no-shows, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged. Castello di Vicarello strongly advises guests to purchase travel insurance or choose our BeSafe Rate Plus, which offers protection even beyond the terms of our cancellation policy.

Domaine de Fontenille:
Offer: Complimentary breakfast & chef's afternoon tea (Goûter du Chef), cellar tour, initiation and tasting of the 9 Fontenille cuvées, accompanied by charcuterie/cheese appetiser boards, complimentary bottle of Fontenille wine in room. For any booking of a Suite, Garden Suite or Alphonse Suite: “Expérience Maître-Assembleur” included for 2 people (value €180).
T&Cs: Free cancellation until D-7 and payment of 50% upon booking, 50% upon arrival. Valid from August 1 to December 31, excluding weekends in August and September and the day before public holidays. Minimum 2 night stay in August only.

Domaine de Primard:
Offer: Complimentary breakfast & chef's afternoon tea (Goûter du Chef), complimentary bicycle rental, private park tour with Gérard, head gardener, option to privatise la Roseraie for one moment during your stay (breakfast, lunch or dinner – subject to availability), complimentary bottle of Fontenille wine in room, complimentary aperitif on the banks of the Eure on the private deck, access to Giverny until October (1 ticket for 2 people).
T&Cs: Free cancellation until D-7 and payment of 50% upon booking, 50% upon arrival. Valid from August 1 to December 31, excluding weekends in August and September and the day before public holidays.

Lily of the Valley:
Offer: Complimentary room upgrade, cryotherapy session, curated selection of Lily of the Valley essentials (only for wellness programmes).
T&Cs: This offer is valid from October 5 to December 7, upon reservation and under availability conditions.

Patina Osaka:
Offer: Stay 3 = pay 2, wellness treatment, 15% off spa treatment (only when combined).
T&Cs: A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required. Offer is subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates apply and may vary without prior notice. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, packages, or discounts. The health-tech experience is limited to 1 session per room per stay. Advance reservation is recommended for the health-tech session and spa treatments to ensure availability. Additional charges may apply for extra guests or services. This package is not valid for Patina Suite. Dates: July 15, 2025 to December 20, 2025.
