Swatch x Jeremy Scott “Wings” (SUOZ103) dates back to 2011. It is one of the most striking collaborations Swatch has ever released.

What makes this collaboration special?

American fashion designer Jeremy Scott is known for his playful and extravagant designs featuring wings, teddy bears, and pop culture influences. In 2011, he designed three watches for Swatch, deliberately pushing the boundaries of watch design.

Wings (SUOZ103) features:

* large white plastic wings that protrude to the left and right;

* a minimalist white dial with black hands;

* a New Gent case of approximately 41 mm;

* a design intended more as an art object or fashion accessory than as a traditional watch.

Wat maakt deze samenwerking bijzonder?

De Amerikaanse modeontwerper Jeremy Scott staat bekend om zijn speelse en extravagante ontwerpen met vleugels, teddyberen en popcultuurinvloeden. In 2011 ontwierp hij drie horloges voor Swatch, waarbij de gebruikelijke grenzen van horlogedesign bewust werden opgezocht.  

Wings (SUOZ103), heeft:

* grote witte kunststof vleugels die links en rechts uitsteken;
* een minimalistische witte wijzerplaat met zwarte wijzers;
* een New Gent-kast van ongeveer 41 mm;
* een ontwerp dat meer als kunstobject of modeaccessoire dan als traditioneel horloge is bedoeld.  

Verzamelwaarde

De Jeremy Scott-modellen hebben in de loop der jaren een cultstatus gekregen onder zowel Swatch-verzamelaars als modeliefhebbers. Vooral exemplaren die:
