This very cool retro briefcase from Sebco dates from around the 1960s. It is a hard textured plastic. The inside label reads: tufide tempered/ the tuff abs thermo plastic. It measures 17"LX 4 3/4"WX 12 1/2"H. It has a printed fabric lining in black, red and beige. The top has a 3 section expandable compartment with a strap and snap closure. 2 patch pockets and pen slots It is in excellent condition The exterior shows only minimal signs of wear The interior is clean It has a storage smell but I air it out It has locks but no key. It has some history inside. Found with the papers you see. It belonged to a police detective in Vineland, NJ. It has many letters of recommendation, a certificate that he has receipt and a letter from him refusing to serve as sheriff. Dated to the early 60's and 70's. I always find things like this interesting as all vintage items have a past. These will come with the case.
