I think it’s in good vintage condition besides many small holes on the sleeves (shown in photos), no holes on the body. Fully wearable and not noticeable when worn due to the fabric’s natural sheen and drape. 
There is tearing around one of the bottom drawstringy exits (also shown in photo). Despite this, the tightening function remains fully usable and holds when adjusted
