Authentic vintage MA-1 flight jacket produced by Alpha Industries under U.S. Air Force contract - this is a true military-issued piece

Constructed from classic sage green flight nylon with a reversible orange lining, this jacket represents the earlier generation of MA-1s—prior to commercial branding—when Alpha Industries produced garments strictly for military use. Features include an original IDEAL zipper, utility sleeve pocket, and wool knit collar, cuffs, and waistband.

Condition:  
Good vintage condition with clear signs of age and wear consistent with a true vintage piece. The nylon shell shows noticeable tonal variation, light fading, and areas of sheen change that become more visible under certain lighting. There are minor marks and subtle discoloration in spots, but nothing heavily distracting. Knit cuffs and waistband show light wear and some aging. Overall, this jacket has been worn and broken in, giving it an authentic vintage look and character without any major structural issues.
