Composition: Shell = 100% virgin wool / Lining = 100% viscose.
Condition: Good to very good, 6.5/10. 
Generally the blazer seems OK but there are multiple small holes in the wool material (all noted in pictures). 
This could be professionally repaired (the quality, rarity and age of the item would justify the expense). 
Or it could be worn as is. 
Other than the problems mentioned (and documented) there are no cuts, stains or other blemishes. 
Without the holes the blazer would easily be considered in excellent condition.
