COLLECTOR'S PIECE - ORIGINAL VANSON LEATHERS BOSTON

A real gem for vintage and Heritage culture enthusiasts. This Vanson Leathers jacket, Enfield model, is a rare example made in the historic Boston, Mass workshop (before the brand moved to Fall River in 1988).

Legendary Competition Weight Cowhide leather jacket

Technical specifications:

Origin: Made in USA (Boston Era).

Style: Sport Jacket with shirt collar.

Details: Robust brass ring zips, side adjustment buckles at the waist.

Size: 46 US (equivalent to L/XL / 56 FR). See measurements ‼️

Condition: superb natural patina. some signs of normal wear on the inner lining at the collar due to its age (about 40/50 years), which does not affect the wearing of the jacket at all.

The label clearly indicates "BOSTON, MASS". This is the crucial historical clue:

Manufacturing period: Between 1974 and 1988.

This jacket belongs to the first era of the brand, that of the original Boston factory.

This is what is called an "Old Label" or "Vanson Boston".

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

Leather: "Competition Weight Cowhide" (heavy cowhide). A legendary leather, extremely thick and protective, known to be almost indestructible.

Finish: Solid brass zips

Pockets: 2 large cargo pockets with flaps and integrated hand-warmer pockets.
