Vanson Leathers

Blue

Vanson Leathers « STAR » racing jacket purchased on Vestiaire Collective and never worn due to wrong size. It is one of the most iconic models produced by the historic American brand Vanson Leathers, a company considered for decades an absolute reference in professional leather racing jackets.
The jacket is made in the USA from quality full-grain cowhide leather, extremely thick and durable, with the typical construction of authentic American racing jackets. It is adorned with numerous original embroidered patches (Castrol GTX, Champion, Wiseco, Bel-Ray, K&N, Vanson, American flag, etc.) and the characteristic large leather star appliquéd on the back, the distinctive feature of the STAR model. The condition is more than excellent; as clearly visible in the photographs, it has no tears, repairs, abrasions, or structural flaws, all original zippers work perfectly, interior in perfect condition.
Size indicated by manufacturer: USA 42.
Measurements taken with the jacket closed and laid flat:
* Shoulders, from seam to seam: 45 cm
* Chest, from armpit to armpit: 54 cm
* Bottom hem, measured flat: 51 cm
* Back length, from base of collar to bottom: 51 cm
* Sleeve length, from shoulder seam to wrist: 69 cm
The fit is typical of authentic Vanson racing jackets: short at the waist, very structured and snug.
It carries the tag attached by Vestiaire Collective inspectors certifying the product's authenticity and quality. It was attached when purchased and never removed.
