 The measurements with the polo stretched flat are: chest 53, shoulders 43.5, sleeve 67, length 72. 
 It has a couple of micro mending on the left sleeve where some shirts were left to go. [ [2]] They are not noticed even if you want but I have highlighted them to be fair. 
 For a 40-year-old polo shirt they can fit.

Maniche lunghe e classico colletto polo.
E' stata prodotta da un licenzatario ufficiale del periodo, la Tim Sa.
Made in France.
Taglia 4 ma veste smilzo. Direi una M odierna. 
Le misure con la polo stesa in piano sono: torace 53, spalle 43.5, manica 67, lunghezza 72.
Ha un paio di micro rammendi sulla manica sinistra dove si erano lasciate andare delle maglie.
Non si notano nemmeno volendo ma li ho messi in risalto per correttezza.
Per una polo di 40 anni ci possono stare.
E' bellissima, non perdetela!
