This pair was refurbished by La Manufacture 49, a workshop located in Montjean-sur-Loire (France, Maine & Loire). Our innovative and patented process allows us to give a second life to shoes that deserve it. In 100% of cases, the shoes are debacterized (99.9% of bacteria eliminated), cleaned and pampered. Repairs are then carried out depending on the condition of the pair of shoes and may include all or part of the following operations, depending on the condition of the model: - reshaping to restore the original fit, - repair of worn surfaces (example: change of sole, heel, pad, toe cap), - repair of lining or anti-slip if necessary, - change of comfort insole, - change of lace, - tint, shoe polish NB: as at the shoemaker, the repair may include changing the original components, replaced by generic components (e.g. sole, inner insole, lace). The original brand may therefore no longer appear on the product. Notre procédé innovant et breveté permet de donner une seconde vie à des chaussures qui le méritent.
Dans 100% des cas, les chaussures sont débactérisées (99.9% des bactéries éliminées), nettoyées et
bichonnées. Les réparations sont ensuite effectuées en fonction de l’état de la paire de chaussures et
peuvent comprendre tout ou partie des opérations suivantes, en fonction de l’état du modèle:
- réenformage pour redonner le chaussant d’origine,
- réparation des surfaces usées (exemple : changement de semelle, de talon, de patin, de bonbout),
- réparation de doublure ou d’anti-glissoire le cas échéant,
- changement de première de confort,
- changement de lacet,
- teinte, cirage
NB : comme chez le cordonnier, la réparation peut inclure le changement des composants d’origine,
remplacés par des composants génériques (ex : semelle, première intérieure, lacet). La griffe d’origine peut
ainsi ne plus apparaître sur le produit.
