A highly collectible vintage Chanel belt dating back to the late 1980s–1990s, crafted from an elegant combination of smooth leather and rich black velvet. This model is designed to sit high on the waist, offering a refined, cinched silhouette in true Chanel style.

The belt features a gorgeous gold-tone buckle with engraved detailing and a beautifully polished surface. Inside, the gold stamping reads “70 — 28,” corresponding to a French size 70 and approximately 28 inches. For reference, I am 170 cm (5’7”) and 56 kg, and it fits my waist comfortably.

Originally, a small gold chain with a charm was attached to the two small holes at the bottom of the belt. This chain is no longer present, which explains the significantly reduced price despite the belt’s collector status (similar complete models often sell for over $1000). The belt can be worn perfectly without it, or you may add a gold chain of your choice — it does not need to be Chanel.

Designed to fit waist sizes between 66 cm and 75 cm (approx. 25.98'' to 29.52''), it has a width of 5.5 cm (2.16'').

The condition is very good for its age, with one visible crack at the centre of the black velvet bow (shown clearly in the photos). This can be repaired by a leather specialist or simply left as-is.
