Beautiful and rare vintage Christian Dior Boutique Paris hat in the iconic navy and cream Dior Oblique / Trotter monogram jacquard, complete with its original Christian Dior hat box and original CD presentation ribbon.

A wonderful vintage Dior collector’s piece, believed to date from the early 2000s / John Galliano era, when Dior’s iconic Oblique monogram was heavily featured across the house’s collections.

The hat has a structured crown and wide brim, with the Dior monogram woven throughout the fabric. Fully lined in black with an internal band and original Christian Dior Boutique Paris woven label.

It has been carefully stored in its original box and is in exceptional vintage condition, appearing to have had very little, if any, wear.

* Fabric, structure, brim and lining are exceptionally well preserved
* Small age-related mark/discolouration to the original internal Dior label, clearly photographed
* Original Christian Dior hat box included
* Original CD presentation ribbon included
* Hat box shows some age/storage marks consistent with its age, all photographed

The hat is my mother in law’s and selling on behalf of her. It has remained carefully stored in its Dior box.

The design, woven monogram, Christian Dior Boutique Paris label and construction are consistent with vintage Dior examples from this period; however, I have not independently had the hat professionally authenticated and therefore do not claim a specific collection/year.

A particularly special vintage Dior collector’s piece, especially given its exceptional condition and the survival of the original Dior box and presentation ribbon.
