There are so many “little moments” on this Fedora and I have yet to see another. The back vintage lace acts almost like a “veil” from behind ✨

This incredible upcycled unique fedora was made with such great detail. It feels like you’ve stepped into a time capsule or a Netflix period piece. Below is a little info on the designer and where she derives her inspiration from. 

“In my work, I approach emotion and visual story telling through abstract mixed media and installation media. The work references my extensive background in textiles and interest in sensory experiences to spark memory. It captures what I consider the beauty of place, everyday life, domestic refuge, and simplicity. Each piece includes found objects that trigger some personal significance or emotion, and the presence of the objects connects to memories, identity and history. My process of repurposing these objects and combining it with the viewer's participation ultimately creates an artwork with communal and unexpected elements.”
