Vintage Louis Vuitton Epi Bifold Wallet - Tassili Yellow (1993)

Beautiful and rare vintage Louis Vuitton wallet in iconic Tassili Yellow Epi leather with a purple lining. A collector's item from May 1993.

Condition Details (Please read carefully and see photos):

Exterior: The yellow Epi leather is in good condition with vibrant color. There is visible wear on the edges and corners (loss of the sealant). One corner has a slight structural deformation/bulge. Minor surface scratches, color variations, and patina marks are present.

Interior: The purple leather is clean. The coin pocket has been carefully cleaned and is in good condition. Minor wear is visible in some card slots.

Billing Compartment (Main Flaw): As is common with LV items from this period, the lining of the billing compartment shows significant pilling (see photos). It's not sticky and odorless, but the coating is peeling, exposing the fabric underneath.

Hardware: The gold-colored snap fastener is fully functional but shows scratches and slight tarnishing/fading of the gold plating.

Authenticity: Date Code MI0953 (Made in France, May 1993).

Vintage Louis Vuitton Epi Bifold Wallet - Tassili Gelb (1993)

Wunderschönes und seltenes Vintage Louis Vuitton Portemonnaie aus ikonischem Tassili Yellow Epi Leder mit lila Innenfutter. Ein Sammlerstück von Mai 1993.

​Zustandsdetails (Bitte sorgfältig lesen und Fotos beachten):

​Außen: Das gelbe Epi-Leder ist in gutem Zustand mit kräftiger Farbe. Es gibt sichtbaren Abrieb an den Kanten und Ecken (Verlust der Versiegelung). Eine Ecke weist eine leichte strukturelle Verformung/Wölbung auf. Kleinere oberflächliche Kratzer, Farbunterschiede und Patina-Spuren sind vorhanden.

​Innen: Das lila Leder ist sauber. Das Münzfach wurde sorgfältig gereinigt und ist in gutem Zustand. Leichte Gebrauchsspuren in einzelnen Kartenfächern.

​Geldscheinfach (Hauptmangel): Wie bei LV-Artikeln aus dieser Zeit üblich, zeigt das Innenfutter des Geldscheinfachs deutliches Peeling (siehe Fotos). Es klebt nicht und ist geruchsneutral, aber die Beschichtung blättert ab und legt das darunterliegende Gewebe frei.

​Hardware: Der goldfarbene Druckknopf ist voll funktionsfähig, weist jedoch Kratzer und ein leichtes Anlaufen/Verblassen der Goldbeschichtung auf.
