From the outset, the brand Claris Virot used python everywhere to bring the idea of luxury within the reach of a much wider "audience". The prices of the designs remained more affordable than those being offered by her rivals. The bags were, however, unique in their own way. Some of them were adorned with prints whereas others were smooth or hand-painted. The colourways also varied in an attempt to satisfy very high demand. As season followed season, bags in lizard skin and crocodile skin also saw the light of day, enhancing the range initially proposed. The raw materials are crafted directly in Bali by a local manufacturer, harking back to the brand's beginnings. The same manufacturer also produces the chains. Claris Virot's appeal lies in her authenticity but also in the supple materials and pleasing combinations of colours in keeping with the latest trends in fashion.
