Exterior: good condition, it has some scuffs at the bottom corners and on the leather trim. The strap shows some wear, hardware is scratched and faded a little bit. No tear no rip.
Interior: The main compartment is in good condition, no damage, just some pen marks. The inside pocket was torn and had lots of inks. The outside pocket was torn near the zipper.
