Coach Vintage - Legacy Slim Duffle Shoulder Bag 9188 in Red with Nickel Hardware. 
The Legacy Slim Duffle 9188 was a popular Coach design that they made in many colors, but red was the most popular. 

This bag features a slim (3" deep) square shape design, top zip closure, fully lined in Coach signature fabric and an adjustable shoulder strap. There are contrast stitching (white) against the red leather, and the front of the bag has an additional stitching in the front, but in fact you can wear it in front or in back. 
 Measures approximately 11" W x 13" H x 3" deep with an 18" strap drop. 

Note - Originally it was sold with a bag charm attached to the zipper pull. I don't have the original bag charm, you can use the zipper or add any charm. Also, there is no Coach key ring. 

This bag is in pre-owned condition with only light wear. The interior is clean with no stains. The material is clean. There are some darker spots on the leather but not too noticeable and can be cleaned. 
A superb vintage Coach red bag!
