The exterior features the iconic double heart bag charm with "Luella" embossed on each one, shiny silver hardware and white contrast stitching..The drop length for the rolled handles is 6.7" which makes it easy to carry by hand or on the elbow. The magnetic closure makes it easy to get in and out of. The interior is divided by a zip pocket with a heart-shaped Luella pull and features a credit card slot pocket. I purchased this bag at Bergdorf in NY and while the original has gotten lost over the years, I do have the care tag as pictured. I'm not sure how the pink lining was stained. Nothing has ever been spilled in this bag and it has always been stored in the original dust bag so the only thing I can think of is color transfer from the black leather. It's the only sign of wear on this bag. The original dust bag is included.
