-Shows considerable wear but still has a long life to go if you take care of it. 
-Padlock included but key was lost and I don't know the padlock code so the padlock can't be opened. It only serves a decorative purpose.
-Sold exactly as in the photos so please look at all photos carefully before purchasing as they show the current bag condition.
-Large stain on the interiors but it doesn't smell. I don't know if that stain would come off. I never tried to clean it.

Overall, it's a nice, still usable vintage bag.
