This is a very structured leather. It is not super pliable, but it IS super stunning! 
I would recommend using a leather conditioner upon receipt. I do not want to do that prior to shipping as it may cause issues with the leather when folded for shipping.

Grommet at Front Toggle Needs Secured
A Couple Buttons Could Use Tightening; All Are Present and Accounted For. 
There are light signs of handling. This coat is from my personal collection and has never been worn. There may be some minor scuffs on leather from storage.
There is transfer to the leather from the zipper on the hood. This is not visible when worn with the hood, but worth mentioning.
