Vintage Christian Dior Galliano FW 1997 Coat — Mink Trim — Collector Piece

Rare vintage Christian Dior Boutique coat from the John Galliano era, Fall/Winter 1997 — a highly collectible archive piece from one of Dior’s most iconic creative periods.

Crafted from textured wool in a warm yellow tone and finished with genuine mink fur trim at the collar, cuffs, pockets, and hem. The coat features refined tailoring, signature Dior Boutique construction, decorative silver-tone buttons, and a luxurious silk lining. The silhouette is elegant and timeless, with strong late-90s couture influence typical for Galliano’s Dior collections.

A standout statement piece for collectors and vintage couture lovers — increasingly difficult to source in this condition and configuration.

Material (from label):
Outer: 100% wool
Lining: 100% silk
Trim: 100% mink fur

Condition:
Very good vintage condition. Minor small pulls and light signs of wear consistent with textured wool and age — visible in photos. Fur trim in very good condition. Please note a small stain on one sleeve as shown in the picture. Lining overall in very good condition, with only a small stain visible in the photo. Fully wearable and highly collectible.
