This beautiful, luxurious cape-coat (duster coat) by Escada (Margaretha Ley) has a very loose fit (38-42) and combines the elegant drape of a cape with the comfort of fixed sleeves.

Although the cape is labeled as a size 36, due to its very loose cut, I believe this cape-coat is very oversized for a size 36 and is therefore certainly also suitable for a size 38-42, because I wear a 42 and it fits me too.
