This piece is a perfect example of their avant-garde style, blending a dark, romantic "Neo-Victorian" inspiration with modern techniques.

It's much more than a coat; it's a collector's item from the 2000s (Y2K), a testament to the brand's creative golden age.

°Cut & Style: Frock Coat Silhouette / Fit & Flare: A very feminine cut that sculpts the silhouette. It is fitted at the waist, then flares generously at the bottom in a "skirted" effect thanks to intricate gathering and pleating.

°Architectural Details: The Girbaud signature is evident in the interplay of topstitching, the expertly finished edges, and the vertical panels on the coat's skirt, punctuated by decorative buttons.

°The Collar: A masterful and enveloping shawl collar, structured by a dark velvet yoke that provides contrast and texture. °Premium Materials & Quality: Made in Europe (Croatia) with fine materials for an impeccable drape and exceptional warmth.

°Outer Fabric: A dense and luxurious wool blend of 72% wool and 8% cashmere for unparalleled comfort, reinforced with 20% nylon for durability. °Refined Lining: The interior is as beautiful as the exterior, with a high-quality lining (a blend of cotton, viscose, and antistatic cupro) and a stunning hidden detail: a large purple velvet diamond at the center back. Size indicated: F 36. This corresponds perfectly to an international size S (Small).
Very good condition for its vintage age, slight wear to the lining (see photo).
The bottom button has been replaced as it was missing.

Manteau iconique du célèbre duo de créateurs français, maîtres de la déconstruction et du vêtement structuré. 
Cette pièce est un parfait exemple de leur style avant-gardiste, mélangeant une inspiration "Néo-Victorienne" romantique sombre avec des techniques modernes.   

C'est bien plus qu'un manteau, c'est une pièce de collection des années 2000 (Y2K), témoin de l'âge d'or créatif de la marque.   

°Coupe & Style : Silhouette Redingote / Fit & Flare : Une coupe très féminine qui sculpte la silhouette. Il est cintré à la taille, puis s'évase généreusement sur le bas dans un effet "juponné" grâce à un travail complexe de fronces et de plis.  
°Détails Architecturaux : On reconnaît la "patte" Girbaud dans le jeu des surpiqûres, les bords francs maîtrisés et les panneaux verticaux sur la jupe du manteau, rythmés par des boutons décoratifs.  
°Le Col : Un col châle magistral et enveloppant, structuré par un empiècement en velours sombre qui apporte contraste et texture.  °Matières & Qualité Prémium : Confectionné en Europe (Croatie) avec des matériaux nobles pour un tombé impeccable et une grande chaleur.  
°Tissu Extérieur : Un drap de laine dense et luxueux composé de 72% Laine et 8% Cachemire pour un confort incomparable, renforcé par 20% de Nylon pour la tenue dans le temps.  °Doublure Soignée : L'intérieur est aussi beau que l'extérieur, avec une doublure de haute qualité (mélange Coton, Viscose et Cupro antistatique) et un magnifique détail caché :un grand losange en velours violet au milieu du dos.

Très bon état pour son grand âge vintage, légères traces doublure intérieure voir photo. 
Le bouton du bas à été remplacé car était manquant.
