The sizing is in Japanese and I'm not sure how it converts to UK sizing, but I'd say the coat fits a medium to large for women or a small for men.
Some measures are:
length - 26"
pit to pit - 22.5"
 cuff pit - 22"
 
 The coat is in good vintage condition with no major rips, tears or damage, but there are some signs of use, including dark (but not really visible) marks on parts of the front and arms, as well as tiny marks white.
I tried to photograph the damage as best I could.
I also thought a dry clean would refresh the overall look a lot!
