Marc Jacobs

Silver

From the Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2012 runway show, this dress embodies the theatrical and spectacular spirit of the collection. Presented in a setting reminiscent of a timeless ballroom, it reflects a fashion conceived as a performance, blending nostalgia, cabaret, and references to the stage.

Its construction of overlapping metallic bands, contrasted by a light and translucent base, creates a play of textures and movement with every step. Both graphic and subtly deconstructed, the silhouette combines sophistication and a playful spirit, a signature of Marc Jacobs. A striking piece, emblematic of a bold, free-spirited, and resolutely expressive collection.

Mini dress
