MARITHÉ & FRANÇOIS GIRBAUD

Blue

Vintage dress by Marithé + François Girbaud
A-line silhouette with adjustable elastic straps and metal hardware.
On the front there are two deep slits and a large pocket.
It's a bit reminiscent of a work apron; it's an aesthetic typical of the early 2000s.
Margiela and Westwood also sold aprons directly during that period.
Prada got there this year.
Made of raw denim.
Italian size 40, corresponds to a small;
The upper part, which is roughly the chest, laid flat, measures 40 cm, the length is about 78 cm.
It has no serious tears or flaws.
It has a stain on the front that won't come out; it was made with iodine tincture.
As you can see, it is still very beautiful and can be worn without problems.
Slightly worn-in denim is even more beautiful!

Mid-length dress

Realizzato in denim raw.
Taglia 40 italiana, corrisponde ad una small;
