Marithé François Girbaud Vintage 2000s Asymmetrical Patchwork Mini Tank Dress in Size 38 FR/M-L (marked 42 FR/XL but fits smaller). Excellent condition.
This formal vintage Marithé François Girbaud mini tank dress is a prime example of early 2000s avant-garde streetwear. Adhering to a classic 2000s silhouette, the piece features a unique construction of asymmetrical striped panels, solid grey patches, and a white front canvas. A bold, oversized typography print runs down the right side, showcasing the iconic brand name in capital letters. Cut with a dynamic fit-and-flare silhouette, the garment features a tiered handkerchief hemline finished with subtle overlock seams. The tank straps balance the scoop neckline, while the back highlights a paneled, form-fitting design. Crafted from a lightweight jersey fabric, it offers a comfortable stretch that blends high-concept design with casual wear, beautifully evoking a y2k archive, dystopian grunge, and Japanese fruits streetwear aesthetic.
