Pronovias black formal gown, super rare. Worn once to the Met Opera in NYC, as shown in pics :) 

My measurements at the time were about 39-29-39, or about size 8-10. There’s a bit of flexibility there because it’s a proper corset, which can hug tighter if needed, but will also retain shape even if it’s a bit loose. The bust also has its own shape and support, so it can likely accommodate B-D cup (I was 34C). Hidden zip closure.

Hard to get exact numbers bc there are so many layers, but the dress measures:
36-38” bust
28-30” waist
38” max high hip / free actual hip 
About 58” front length   3” longer in back  - shown on 5’8”
