BILL BLASS Vintage Charcoal Gray Skirt Suit & Burgundy Silk Blouse SZ8 NWOT
This late 1980s/early 90s three-piece suit from Bill Blass comprises a blazer, pencil skirt, and matching silk blouse. The jacket is a charcoal gray windowpane plaid with blue and brown stripes. The lapels and cuffs are trimmed in a medium wale burgundy corduroy (as is the underside of the collar). The jacket also has light shoulder pads and closes with three faux leather-covered buttons. The pencil skirt has waist darts with no waistband and closes with a hidden back zipper. Neither piece has pockets. The burgundy-colored blouse has long sleeves that close at the wrists with three buttons. It closes in back with seven buttons and two snaps at the neck. None of the fabrics are labeled, but the shell fabric is either a very soft wool or cashmere. The blouse is definitely silk charmeuse, and the jacket is lined in the same fabric as the blouse. The skirt is lined in a burgundy silk fabric. All pieces are labeled size 8, which is consistent with modern sizing charts. To avoid returns, please do not rely only on the size label or estimated size to determine fit. Always compare the actual measurements with those of similar garments that fit you.

- Underarm chest measurement is 38" 
- Waist is 34"
- Sleeve length is 25" with no turnback on the cuff. 
- Length is 25.5" down center back excluding collar.

SKIRT MEASUREMENTS
- Waist is 29"
- Hips are 39" at about 8.5" below waist.  
- Length is 23.25" 

BLOUSE  MEASUREMENTS
- Shoulder width is 15.5"
- Underarm chest measurement is 38" 
- Sleeve length is 24" 
- Length is 23" down center back.

CONDITION
All three pieces are in excellent condition with no apparent flaws. Appear to be unworn.
