It consists of a black velvet jacket and an acetate skirt.
The jacket features gold applications on the sleeves and 8 gold and black buttons on the front. The composition of the jacket is as follows: the velvet is 70% cotton, 30% rayon; the interior is 100% silk and the lining 100% polyester. In a few places the jacket has very small recessed stitches where the buttons have made a mark.
The skirt is in a smooth black material 97% acetate, 3% Lycra. It has black and gold sequin stripes spaced throughout the length of the skirt. The skirt has an invisible zip on the left side.
