This is a brand new with tags jet black Rag & Bone Jennie lightweight blazer of "triacetate silk". It retailed just under $400, as you can read from the tags. Triacetate is a luxurious, semi-synthetic "artificial silk" made from cellulose (wood) treated with acetic acid, often used as a sustainable, durable alternative to silk. It features a high luster, elegant drape, and is wrinkle/shrink-resistant, making it popular for dresses and blouses. It is known for being easy to care for, machine-washable, and able to hold pleats. Here the manufacturer still says "dry clean", but they always do.
