I bought this in the last sale, it was £700 in the sale as this jacket retailed for £1400 last winter. It commanded that price due to the quality of fabric, it’s made from wool (88%) grain de poudre and its construction. The jacket is canvassed so has a cotton layer in between the outer fabric and lining. It’s so chic. Darkest navy which is their signature colour. I’m a U.K. 12 and it fits me well, it’s labelled a 10 and SN are typically designed to fit with the sculptural idea of space and movement on the body so there is wiggle room around sizing. 
They say…’Studio Nicholson’s considered tailoring is evident in this Araz jacket. It’s deftly cut from our grain de poudre – a dry, technical fabric made with combed wool yarns that recalls classic tailoring cloth – and features notch lapels, a hook fastening and pressed creases in the sleeve. Araz is fully canvassed to ensure a durable construction that will adapt to the wearer over time.’
