I have a beautiful Givenchy brown wool slim pencil skirt.  It has a wonderful elegant couture look.  It has a front flap that is 1.5" longer than the rest of the skirt, a banded hem from the same fabric, a concealed zipper in the back and is fully lined.   The fabric has a tiny bit of elastic in it. It is soft and cozy!  It is French size 40 (typically a USA size 6).   I purchased it for $1400 but never wore it.  It is new with tags. 

I also have the companion Givenchy cashmere blend chunky knit sweater from the same collection.  It has a wonderful wide shawl collar and is new without tags.  It is for sale in a separate listing and is not included in the listing for the skirt.  

The measurements are as follows:

Waist - 29"
Hips - 38"
Length - 21.5" - 23"
