The black pencil skirt is a timeless classic, and if it's also from Max Mara, it has no rivals! 
The skirt is in perfect condition. I'm keeping it at a low price because unfortunately it has undergone some alterations, which are visible only and exclusively on the inside of the garment; it was simply narrowed below the hips. (I've attached internal photos). 
The skirt is perfect on the outside, as you can see in the photo. 
I'm attaching measurements because, having been altered, I don't know if the size reported is valid.

La gonna a tubino nera è un classico intramontabile, poi se è anche Max Mara non ha rivali!
La gonna è in perfette condizioni, la tengo ad un prezzo basso perché purtroppo ha subito delle modifiche, che però sono visibili solo ed esclusivamente all'interno del capo, è stata semplice ristretta sotto il bacino. (ho allegato foto interne).
La gonna esternamente è perfetta, come si vede in foto.
Allego misure perché essendo stata modificata non so se la tg riportata è valida.
