Talbots

Camel

Talbots Women’s size 18 embroidered faux-suede look skirt with 8-gored panel construction and further patterned border. Wool - viscose - nylon heathery lightweight tweed. Chamois suede-look. Camel with lighter tan and caramel colored embroidery threads. Tick-stitch etching detail along waist. Zippered back closes with hook and eyelet. Feathery 1.5 inch unfinished bias-cut georgette peaks from hem. Fully lined in caramel-tan colored polyester.

Measures 25 inches length and 36 inches around waist.

My intention with this piece, at the time, was to use its substantial yardage, its beautifully finished heathery tweed fabric and embroidered panels, to re-style / design it into another article. I hope this inspires someone to considered so doing, as really lovely find! Matches well to caramel tan or camel-colored suede or deerskin and is very pretty!
