Vintage Clips Caloma Hand-Embellished Corset Top Made in Italy

A truly exceptional vintage Italian evening top from Clips Caloma, the occasionwear line of the renowned Italian fashion house Clips.

This striking corset-style top is made in Italy and features an elaborate, symmetrical Art Nouveau-inspired design. The entire front & back are richly embellished with intricate embroidery, velvet-like raised cord appliqué and countless tiny beads and sequins, creating a beautifully dimensional, almost couture-like finish.

The top has a structured corset silhouette with delicate spaghetti straps, a fitted shape and a zip fastening. The level of craftsmanship is particularly impressive: the embellishment is highly detailed and the original tag explicitly states “Ricamo a mano” (hand embroidery).

This is much more than a simple beaded top — it is a dramatic vintage evening piece with a distinctly Italian late-1990s / early-2000s aesthetic, perfect for eveningwear, parties, gala occasions or a statement vintage look.

NEW OLD STOCK / NEVER WORN – ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.

The original Clips, Caloma and “Ricamo a mano” tags are still attached, together with the original Zebra boutique tag from Belgium. An original piece of spare fabric is also included in its original packaging — an exceptionally nice detail for a vintage garment.
