Rare piece of fashion Dolce & Gabbana hook & eye corset / bustier / top, made of bandage material on the back & silk fabric on the front, satin bustier cups and adjustable spaghetti straps.  
Manufacture size is IT 42, will fit international S, check the measurements: total length is 55-57 cm, armpit to armpit 40 cm, for bust 70-75 / A-B is ok; waist is 34 cm from side to side lying flat. Stretchy enough. 
It’s a new bustier, was purchased in a famous US outlet, never worn with a tag, but has a 7 mm snag on the satin part from the storage, not visible in reality, but I tried to catch it with my camera, see the last picture.
