Vintage Marithé François Girbaud Flared Corduroy Trousers - Made in Japan.

Stunning vintage flared trousers by Marithé François Girbaud, the renowned French designer. This style, produced in Japan by Takaya Shoji, is celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship and avant-garde details.

Made from rich chocolate brown corduroy, these trousers feature a unique raw, distressed finish at the waistband, giving them a sophisticated look. The classic bootcut/flare silhouette elongates the legs and features the brand's signature pockets and signature metal hardware.

Key Features:

• Fit: Low rise with an elasticated waistband for optimal comfort and a wide range of motion.

• Style: 2000s / Archive / Bohemian Chic.

• Fabric: Premium stretch corduroy (95% cotton).

• Details: Raw hem at the waistband, signature rivets, and shuttle-inspired front pockets.

Condition:
Very good vintage condition. The frayed effect at the waist is a deliberate stylistic choice by the brand. Please see photos for details.

Measurements (laid flat):

• Waist: 32 cm (stretches to 38 cm)

• Front rise: 19 cm (low rise)

• Inseam: 69 cm

• Total length (outseam): 91 cm

• Leg opening: 20 cm
