One of the boots unfortunately suffered a candle mishap: wax dripped onto it.
According to Chatgpt, this can be fixed with an iron and paper towels:

1. Place absorbent paper towels over the area.
2. Run a warm (not hot) iron over it for a few seconds.
3. The wax will melt and be absorbed by the paper towels.
4. Change the paper towels and repeat several times.

Unfortunately, I don't have an iron to test this.

Une des bottes a malheureusement été victime d'un accident de bougie : de la cire est tombée dessus
D'après Chatgpt, cela peut se rattraper avec un fer à repasser et du sopalin : 

1. Pose du papier absorbant sur la zone
2. Passe le fer tiède (pas chaud) par-dessus, quelques secondes
3. La cire va fondre et être absorbée par le papier
4. Change le papier et recommence plusieurs fois

Malheureusement je n'ai pas de fer à repasser pour tester
