David-TC garments are made from a Japanese star-shaped polyester/polyamide substrate, then garment-dyed and treated with a water-repellent agent. During the dyeing process, the fabric undergoes thermal compression at 130°C, which radically alters its feel and texture. The result: a stylish and comfortable garment offering a unique tactile experience that is both industrial and luxurious. The garment is padded with a layer of PrimaLoft®, a proprietary blend of ultrafine fibers that provides exceptional insulation. PrimaLoft® is designed to stay dry even when wet. It offers the best warmth-to-weight ratio of all synthetic insulations.
