Carlisle

Grey

Rare Vintage Carlisle Italian Leather belt with a soft velvety feeling and a grey coloring that can also look greenish in some light or next to some  colors...  The amazing buckle with the return of the pelt on itself through a hard leather covered circle is a powerful look!
The lobster claw on the other side catching on the circle makes it so easy to open/close.
It looks great on a coat or thick sweater, but is as phenomenal on a lighter outfit!  Great effect if you wear it a little low on the hips with a nice pair of pants!
The slightly curved cut of the belt makes it look fantastic on any silhouette!
The quality of the Italian leather is fantastic!  The owner of Carlisle in the early 2000 was working exclusively with carefully selected leather workshops in Italy...  those were the days!
Vintage Carlisle is very well made, so you will have many many years of satisfaction with this belt!
I believe I purchased this in 2008 but not 100% sure.  Definitely between 2005 and 2012...
