The House of Poiray, is the story of a luxury brand founded in Paris in 1975. The founders behind the label are François Hérail and Michel Hermelin. Their aim from the outset was to design elegant jewels for women to wear on any and every occasion. In 1986, a wind of change blew over the House with the arrival of Nathalie Hocq, who took over as creative director. She changed the fashion codes of the era by making precious jewels more readily attainable. It was one year later that the label brought out its first watch.
