Size from label: US 4 (Fits like a modern European S / 36 or a tight M / 38).
Outer layer: Hand-beaded mesh
Inner lining: 100% Silk
Beautiful, luxury evening corset top by the American designer brand BASIX II in a delicate pastel pink shade.
The piece features a 100% pure silk inner lining and is stunningly hand-beaded with shimmering glass beads on the outer mesh layer.
It is designed with a romantic aesthetic and an asymmetrical, pointed hemline (basque waist style).
Fit Note:Please note that the outer beaded layer is constructed slightly tighter than the inner silk lining. Because of this structural design and the lack of interior boning, the fabric can bunch up and the front pointed hem has a tendency to curl or bend rather than sit completely flat. The top is best suited for someone who plans to style it layered or have it lightly adjusted by a tailor.
Closure: Secure side zipper
Straps: Delicate, non-adjustable spaghetti straps
Condition: Good pre-owned condition. Flaws: There are minor, superficial light dirt marks on the fabric. The top requires professional dry cleaning to refresh it and remove these surface marks before wearing (dry clean only due to 100% silk and delicate beadwork).
